Since we manufacture our own tooling, we can stand up an assembly for custom products, including baluns, air-core inductors and custom RF connectors with no outsourcing. Knowles Precision Devices’ in-house tooling and fabrication shop ensures that components and assemblies meet exact specifications for manufacturing. Consistency and efficiency are crucial for holding tolerances, polishes and surface finishes. Our dedicated team has a variety of competencies including arbor press tooling, bend/forming, punch and cut, nesting, and Rockwell hardening.
