As with everything in 2020, the International Microwave Symposium (IMS) is a bit different this year. We’re gearing up for the live stream event next week, Aug. 4-6, where we’ll participate in the virtual exhibition and give six online MicroApp technical presentations.
The MicroApps are 20-minute technical presentations on the advancements, approaches, and technology impacting RF and mmWave application development. Knowles Precision Devices engineers will present on the following topics:

Single Layer Capacitors
Our single layer capacitors support microwave and mmWave applications up to 100GHz and are widely used in support of general DC blocking, low-noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, and high-power amplifiers, oscillators, and filters.
High Q MLCCs
Our multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) product lines are available in standard surface mount packages as well as ribbon and radial lead packages. We support voltages to 12kV and high -level application-specific screening such as AEC-Q200 for automotive and MIL-PRF-55681 for medical implantable devices.
